The terms of Services:

• Do not give refunds for cancellations, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction.
• Can not and will not prescribe any medications or medical treatments.
• Can not and will not suggest clients stop, change, or interfere with any medications or treatments advised by a licensed health care provider.
• Will only perform procedures allowed by law unless licensed to otherwise do so.
• Will preserve client confidentiality, and never share information learned during sessions or intake unless required by law.
• Will not continue a session with someone if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• No refund will be provided if this is the case.
• Services provided are not covered under Colorado state law.
• Will require 48 hour cancelation notification for a refund.
